Prior to working in the SaaS industry, Jenny had a fulfilling career as a professional ballet dancer, where she toured the country and mentored youth across Canada. She joined the Discourse Customer Success team after working in both large and small tech companies in technical support, community management and customer success.
With a focus on enterprise onboarding, Jenny serves as a project manager and the primary point of contact for new customers. She specializes in guiding organizations through the entire onboarding and implementation journey, from sales handoff to community launch, ensuring a smooth, customized, and meaningful experience.
With a strong background in real-life and digital community, Jenny brings expertise in tailoring platform walkthrough and enablement calls and coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, design, sales and legal departments, both on the customer side and within Discourse. She excels at managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a detail-oriented and proactive approach. Her ability to translate complex processes into clear, actionable steps makes her a trusted partner for enterprise clients navigating their most important community initiatives.
