Natasha Kasunic is the Head of Product and Community at Toast, a women in tech recruiting platform and national membership network. Based in Toronto, she leads the design and growth of Toast’s digital products and grassroots community programs, from building the member portal to launching city events that connect and empower women across tech disciplines. With a background in computer science and product management, Natasha has helped scale early stage startups, mentors emerging product leaders, and champions inclusive spaces for women in tech to build real careers and real connections.
